Aaron has been a member of the Southwest coaching staff for 3 years. He has been actively involved in competitive cheerleading for the past 10 years. His involvement has included cheering on his high school competition team, for the Minnesota All Stars, Minnesota State University-Mankato and St. Cloud State University. Aaron has gained recognition in Minnesota's cheerleading community through extensive individual competitions at regional, state, and national events.

In addition to his personal cheerleading background he co-coached St. Clair High School's competition, football, and wrestling cheerleading teams and has coached boys gymnastics at the Mankato Area Gymnastics School for three years. Aaron has also spent his last six summers instructing NCA cheerleading camps, where he is a Head Instructor.

Aaron earned a BS in psychology from Minnesota State University-Mankato, and minored in dance.  He also recently graduated with an MA in Clinical Psychology at Minnesota State University-Mankato.
