Maria Wacker Co-Owner/Founder Head Coach - Senior
All Girl Team
Maria has been active in cheerleading, dance, gymnastics, choreography, coaching and judging
for the past 20 years. Her cheerleading experience includes High School and All Star levels. She was a member
of the 1997 NCA National Champion team, Cheer Elite All Stars, and is a former UPA All Star. Her dance experience includes
Studio, High School, All Star and Collegiate levels. She was a member of the 1997 National runner-up team, Dance Elite
All Stars, and was a choreographer for her collegiate dance team at The University of Wisconsin - River Falls. Maria
was a finalist for the 2003 Minnesota Vikings Dance Team, has choreographed for various high schools, and is the head dance
choreographer for The Southwest All Stars. Her gymnastics experience includes the High School Varsity level, and she
regularly judges cheer and dance competitions at the State and National level. Maria is in her 6th year as Owner/Founder/Head
Coach of The Southwest All Stars and lives in Eden Prairie.

Kristal Amberg Co-Owner/Founder Head Coach - Senior
All Girl Team
Kristal was Captain of her High School competitive cheer squad for two years, which won
the State title her Senior year. She was chosen as a Minnesota All-State Team member two years in a row. During
college, Kristal coached at the JV level for two years and then began coaching a large high school team for the next four
years. Kristal led this team to State and National titles. Kristal is in her 6th year as Owner/Founder/Head Coach
of The Southwest All Stars, which totals nearly 15 years of coaching experience. Kristal regularly judges team tryouts
for local teams, as well as judges In-State Competitions. Kristal's pride and joy is her supportive family; Damian,
MiKayla, McKenna and Kaeden. They live in Hutchinson.

Kristin Kraemer Head Coach - Junior and Youth
Teams
Kristin comes to the Southwest All Stars with 11 years of cheerleading experience, 13 years of gymnastics
experience, and she has been choreographing and leading cheer camps for over 8 years. During high school, she was a
member of the All-State team, and was the Captain of both her sideline and competitive cheer teams. She competed at
both the State and National level, with many 1st place finishes. She has also been actively involved in the Minnesota
Cheerleading Coaches Association, and served as Co-All-State Director in 2005-2006. She is a certified member of the
American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Advisors (AACA) and is a certified competition judge. Kristin has 5
years of coaching experience, including; Hutchinson High School from 2002-2004 and Totino-Grace High School in Fridley from
2004-2007. She has also led many camps and choreographed for various teams around Minnesota. Kristin graduated
from the University of Minnesota in 2006 with a degree in Elementary Education. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband,
Lee, and their dog, Odie.

Kara Robinson Head Coach - Junior and Youth
Teams
This is Kara's second year with the Southwest
All Stars, but she has been involved with cheerleading for the past 11 years. She cheered all four years of her High
School career on the sideline and competitive cheer teams at Hutchinson High School. During these four years, Kara was
a 2-year member of the Minnesota All State team, Honor's team, a UPA All Star, voted Captain her Junior and Senior years,
along with numerous 1st place finishes. Out of college, Kara began volunteering with her former Hutchinson team, and
choreographing and judging for numerous schools in the surrounding area. Kara has taught cheerleading to all age groups
through Hutchinson and Southwest Minneapolis Community Education programs. She has served on the Minnesota Cheerleading
Coach's Association and as a Co-Coordinator of the Minnesota All-State team. For the past 3 years, Kara was coaching
at Totino-Grace High School, where her competitive team took first in 2007 at the Minnesota State Competition and in the top
3 all three years at Nationals. Kara has over 20 years of dance and gymnastics experience. She graduated in 2006
from the University of Minnesota, with a degree in Elementary Education. She currently resides in Apple Valley.

Adam Reichow Director of Tumbling
This is Adam's second year on staff with the Southwest All Stars. Adam is an accomplished gymnast currently
in his Junior year with the Nationally ranked University of Minnesota Gophers. Some of his collegiate successes include:
-2005 National Floor Exercise Champion -2007 NCAA Runner Up on the Floor Exercise -Two-Time NCAA All American
Adam has been dedicated to gymnastics since the age of three and regularly coaches cheerleading and tumbling at various
camps both In-State and across the country.
